This weekend, October 10&11 we will be getting scooped at the Elysian Brewery's Annual Great Pumpkin Beer Festival. This has been Elysian's biggest weekend of business of the year since the festival's inception. We are thrilled to be a part of it. Bluebird will debut a number of brand new custom ice cream flavors in a collabeeration of sorts.
These brand-new flavors are available on Elysian's menu:
- Dark o' The Moon: Cinnamon-Stout ice cream made using Elysian Dark o' The Moon beer
- Bete N'owl: Pumpkin ice cream flavored with Elysian's Bete N'owl Belgian Ale + Fall spices
- Kaiser Kurbis: Cinnamon & Brown Sugar ice cream loaded with chunks of fresh Washington apples, soaked in Kaiser Kurbis Hefferveisen
