Bluebird homemade ice cream is now on the menu at the Independent Pizzeria in Madison Park.
The Independant Pizzeria opened about two weeks ago, and is run by some like-minded people: Fresh pizza, beer on tap, and now Bluebird Ice Cream. This is something we can get behind. They are also committed to locally sourced ingredients and sustainable business practices. And, their dishware comes from area thrift shops, and they will serve their ice cream in coffee mugs. Bluebird + Indie Pizza = <3.
To get there, take Madison until you hit the beach. They are right on the water.
