Elysian's sixth annual Great Pumpkin Beer Fest is this weekend, October 16 and 17. Bluebird has created three new flavor ice creams, using Elysian's brews:
-Dark o' the Moon: Made using Dark o' the Moon pumpkin stout. A sweet
pumpkin start, stout flavors with notes of coffee, honey, caramel, and a
delightfully bitter finish.
-Kaiser Kubris: Cinnamon-Brown Sugar ice cream with chunks of Washington
apple soaked overnight in Kaiser Kubris Pumpkin Hefeweizen.
-The Great Pumpkin: Pumpkin Ice Cream seasoned with traditional
pumpkin pie spices plus a hint of Great Pumpkin Imperial Ale.
