Free Scoops for Trick or Treaters!

Free Scoops for Costumed Kids This Halloween!
This Sunday, Oct 31, all costumed children looking for a
trick-or-treat will receive a FREE scoop of ice cream when their
parents purchase one regularly-priced scoop. Simply visit Bluebird in
costume this Sunday and tell the cashier "Trick-or-Treat!"
Offer good for children 12 and younger only. One regular priced scoop
must be purchased for each giveaway.

Bluebird on TV - October 19

Bluebird will be on TV tomorrow morning (Tuesday, October 19) at 8:15 AM
on Channel 6, KONG. We will be featured as part of the weekly
"Seattle Moms" segment.

Free Movie Passes - "Conviction"

We've got movie passes for free advance screening of "Conviction", showing on October 21 at 7:00 PM. They're on the counter - come and get them...

Elysian's Great Pumpkin Beer Festival

Elysian's sixth annual Great Pumpkin Beer Fest is this weekend, October 16 and 17. Bluebird has created three new flavor ice creams, using Elysian's brews:

-Dark o' the Moon: Made using Dark o' the Moon pumpkin stout. A sweet
pumpkin start, stout flavors with notes of coffee, honey, caramel, and a
delightfully bitter finish.

-Kaiser Kubris: Cinnamon-Brown Sugar ice cream with chunks of Washington
apple soaked overnight in Kaiser Kubris Pumpkin Hefeweizen.

-The Great Pumpkin: Pumpkin Ice Cream seasoned with traditional
pumpkin pie spices plus a hint of Great Pumpkin Imperial Ale.

Opening Night Gala

Bluebird is proud to be a sponsor of this year's Lesbian and Gay Film Festival. Join us at the Opening Night Gala at Neumo's on October 15 at 9:00. We will be scooping Bluebird ice cream alongside A la Mode Pies to make - what else - pie a la mode! Looking forward to seeing you there. This event is open to all ticketholders for the opening night film and gala.

Blitz Art Walk - October 14

This month's featured artist is Jessica Mosbrucker. She will be displaying her series, "Grain Girls". The “Grain Girls” that have been burned into a slab of acrylic-saturated wood are an oversimplified image that has been derived from a high-fashion magazine spread. Also featured this month is artist, Allana Pritchard.
