It's the season for Belgian beer, so we're putting Odin's Pearl on
tap; a brand new beer from Odin Brewing, of the South Park
neighborhood. We had a chance to sample it a few weeks ago, and here's
the lowdown: it's a Belgian white ale, but very light, yet still
maintaining subtle complexity. It also lays low on the orange peel and
coriander, so I'd call it an "easy-drinking craft Belgian." Probably
better to try it for yourself.
